For the second time our legions emerged victorious in combating the evils of slavery on the red planet Foregone. For seven years the scattered militiamen of Hipparte’s Army have sought to bleed us dry and forcibly end the occupation, but it was ultimately a failure for we received what we wanted.

The Tribal Assembly – the governing body of representatives for the United Chaccarn States – adopted a resolution two months ago to enter negotiations with the Peldak Protectorate via the Sentinel of Foregone – the elf recognized to have defeated Foregone City and ended slavery over a century ago. She arrived at the Isle Calloucha over a month later negotiated the complete capitulation of the UCS, repudiating Hipparte’s near-decade of wasted effort.

All Chaccarn states and tribes will adopt the peldak definition of slavery.

All UCS representatives will sign a binding agreement outlawing slavery, and adopt a series of punishments for states/tribes which don’t follow through on their obligations. The highest form of punishment is banishment from the UCS.

The Peldak Protectorate will remove all forces from the continents Yyovern, Ceyydon, and Seyyeld, and the UCS will not become a member state of the Protectorate.

The Peldak Protectorate will accept a 40-year trade deal with the UCS. This will include favorable costs to purchase grain, fabrics, timber, and we will export medicine, iron, and books. This appears to be a similar trade deal to what the now-crippled D’Sev Holy Imperium had with them.

Hipparte, a national hero, attended the negotiations as an observer and released a statement alongside Hetman Antol, the two praised the continuation of firryan sovereignty.

Hipparte thought she had defended firryan sovereignty from the Protectorate, but the Sentinel of Foregone knew that we can always return later. The UCS’s ‘sovereignty’ had been ‘defended’ from the D’Sev Holy Imperium.
