The Peldak Protectorate has come to an island on the great ocean of Monsoo.

Extending far to the north and south, but thin in the center, their goal is to build a bridge which cuts straight through the island, connecting their twin ports on the east and west.

But in order to build their bridge, the Protectorate must negotiate passage from the various tribes of natives who inhabit the island. Thankfully, the military expedition tasked with the construction has employed an islander well versed in both languages, and she can translate for the peldaks.
