In prior centuries, the scattered nature of PSN meant articles were being written locally, then sent to distant worlds, then added to a newspaper once they arrive. Each article had the original date it was written, but there were often mistakes where the same article would be printed multiple days in a row, or follow-up articles were published before the original due to quirks of space travel, or corrections published first, and the false information put out later.

However, thanks to the ICC linking the worlds of the Protectorate with satellites and wireless servers, the process has never been easier.

PSN offices on every world will investigate local news stories and write their articles, instantly uploading them to the website for quick access by anyone, anywhere on the planet. Then ICC server ships will come along, download priority data, and use Helmsmen from Sayran Transportation Guilds to reach other worlds in just a few days or weeks.

When they arrive, the data is uploaded and seamlessly integrated with the local branch of the website, with everyone around the world able to access news within hours.

The ICC is asking for PSN’s help in advertising their priority data service with three key business models for citizens to sign up for.

1. Electronic mail service: Transfer electronic letters to families and friends around the Protectorate.

2. Cataloged shipping service: Browse shops based in different worlds and order clothes or furniture for delivery right to your door.

3. Workplace networking: View business opportunities, send resumes, and conduct long-distance email interviews, ensuring you have the job before you even pack your belongings.
