Peldak Commonwealth Floods Cabellan Sector With Supplies

Well over 100 million peldaks are gainfully employed in the military, with tens of millions more living on the new worlds and making careers in private security. Nearly a billion more are hard at work on the homeworld and in the colonies, building the civilian goods necessary to uplift our new cabellan allies.

Lord Protector Kamil Zervinski The Starfarer’s ambition is to utilize the enormous and unbeatable peldak military to stabilize the cabella worlds, which have seen increasing violence these past years, while simultaneously utilizing the massive peldak civilian industry to drag the cabella towards modernization.

Of course, Lord Protector Zervinski finished the work solidifying our relations with military contractors, who are building the tanks, artillery shells, armored carriers, bullets, and medical supplies our soldiers need.

The Leonid Empire’s intention for their worlds was not about maximizing efficiency or building partners, it was a doctrine of dominance to keep their cousins enslaved. In practical terms, the nine worlds were horrifically mismanaged beyond a handful of leonid strongholds. Many of the plantations and mines the slaves worked on used dirt or gravel roads, and they were forced to pull carts by hand.

Not only did it keep the locals primitive, but it was terribly inefficient for our conquests during the second war, and now it’s a problem for our occupation. So first we’re developing their infrastructure. Roads, railroads, bridges, ports, airships spires, these will all be gifts from the peldaks to the cabella, and it will streamline our logistics.

With their infrastructure more developed we’ll start building the Cabellan Administrative Districts towards self-sufficiency. They must be able to grow their own food and supply their own industry to take part in the Protectorate economy. Only after this is achieved may we reduce the aid we’re sending to the Cabellan Sector.
