Interviews with repeat buyers of the many omnibuses for sale nowadays revealed a general consensus of it being more accessible than traditional types of fiction.

“My peldak friend said a lot of good things about The Far Reaches and the Crix War, but it’s just way too much.”

“I read all six Wonders of the Cosmos books and really liked them, but the dude only releases them, like, once a decade.”

The wait between publication of traditional novels was a common point of criticism. Elves like to polish our works and release large novels with hundreds of chapters, but this takes years that aliens don’t like to wait.

In response to the demand, a dozen monthly omnibuses have popped up around the Protectorate, following in the wake of the eluid’s work. Most of these are nationalistic magazines, such as Queen Olympia’s Arcadian Scholastic, or the zatadun having five separate magazines just on Garten.

But the success of the original, Garula monthly omnibus has sparked a large expansion of talent.

Rather than stay a monthly release, consolidating all their talent into one issue, Garula’s TMO will publish one new issue every week, three issues a month.

Their five main comics and five side comics will be split across these three releases, and they’re adding 17 more comics from local eluid who have been mastering their art. The marketing plan is to use the Big Five to draw in readers, who will then see the side comics as a bonus to keep reading.

Also, following the popularity of Prophet taking all 24 comics released in a year and putting them in one volume for streamlined reading, TMO will start publishing yearly volumes for every series.
